Final timing should reflect that Highway 101 traffic can change the practical arrival window, while the working order should pack by room and use, label contents and destination, and open first-use rooms before decorative or low-priority cartons.
Keep identification, medication, keys, valuables, travel documents, chargers, and the overnight bag with you instead of putting them in the load.
Open liquids, hazardous items, perishable food, irreplaceable documents, and owner-packed valuables need a separate decision.
Arrange room names, priority cartons, and a destination surface where unpacked items should be placed.

These guys were fantastic, did a great job, worked hard, and made moving super easy. I needed help loading a truck. They sent two very capable and professional movers to do the job. They said the guys were their normal crew. They did good work. Four hour minimum, but worth it.
