Betsy’s Moving Matters receives the contact name, phone number, email, selected service, starting and destination city and ZIP, move notes, and any preferred date entered in the estimate form. Notes may include apartment access, packing needs, room count, or items that need special attention. The source page and campaign fields travel with the request.
The information is used to reply, clarify the move, prepare follow-up, and maintain continuity if you speak with the team more than once. Form timing and technical details may be checked to limit spam or diagnose a failed submission.
Each completed form creates a non-public lead record in WordPress and is forwarded to the company’s customer-management system. Website hosting, security, and CRM vendors receive only the data needed to provide those functions. Form submissions are not published, and this website has no customer login area.
Hosting logs may note an IP address, browser, and submission time. Essential WordPress or security cookies may be used; campaign parameters can be retained with the lead. Inquiry records remain only as long as reasonably useful for customer follow-up, business records, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Write to [email protected] if you want to ask about a form submission, correct it, or request deletion. A limited record may be retained when required for security or transaction documentation. The website is intended for adults arranging moving services, not for children.

I needed help loading a truck. They sent two very capable and professional movers to do the job. They said the guys were their normal crew. They did good work. Four hour minimum, but worth it.
