Highway 101 traffic can change the practical arrival window—share any fixed closing, lease, elevator, or key-handoff time as well—the dispatcher can then plan the arrival window around both the route and the property’s access limits.
Ask the property manager before the date is finalized—confirm the reserved hours, elevator size, key or operator procedure, required padding, deposit rules, and the route from the loading point to the unit.
Identify finished wood, tile, carpet, narrow corners, railings, and weather-exposed entries—tell the crew about property rules for coverings and whether protection is needed at the origin, destination, or both.
Start with the actual belongings, not a generic box count—list fragile pieces, artwork, wardrobe needs, electronics, and unusually shaped items—also say which rooms are already packed and whether materials must be delivered before the move.
Finalize parking, keys, gate entry, elevator time, and the property contact before the schedule is locked—if any item remains uncertain, identify it plainly so the plan is not built on an access assumption.

I needed help loading a truck. They sent two very capable and professional movers to do the job. They said the guys were their normal crew. They did good work. Four hour minimum, but worth it.
