Describe the driveway width, slope, surface, overhead clearance, and whether a truck can turn around—if the vehicle must remain at the street, give the carry distance and any gate or walkway between parking and the entrance.
Provide gate hours, visitor or vehicle rules, entry credentials, and the name of the person authorizing access—do not send a temporary code too early, and arrange a secure way to make it available when the crew is due.
A building may restrict move-ins, service elevators, docks, or contractor access to specific hours—get those rules in writing, allow time for check-in, and give the moving team a contact who can resolve an access problem on move day.
Highway 101 traffic can change the practical arrival window—share any fixed closing, lease, elevator, or key-handoff time as well—the dispatcher can then plan the arrival window around both the route and the property’s access limits.
Check closets, cabinets, storage areas, walls, and outdoor spaces at the origin—at delivery, confirm the named rooms, furniture placement, and any agreed reassembly before the crew leaves the destination.

I needed help loading a truck. They sent two very capable and professional movers to do the job. They said the guys were their normal crew. They did good work. Four hour minimum, but worth it.
